P105-19-12 Software Patch Release Available

P105-19-12 Software Patch Release applicable to Quintum's entire line of Tenor Multipath Switches / Gateways and the Tenor Call Relay line of Session Border Controllers is now available for download from the Quintum Support site.

This software release is applicable to Tenor AS, AF, AX, BX, DX, DXi, and CMS Series Switches / Gateways, as well as Tenor Call Relay SP and Call Relay 60 Session Border Controllers.

This patch adds new functionality and enhancements as well as incorporating fixes for various issues.

S105-09-02 for Digital Survivable SIP Gateway (SSG) Software Released

Quintum is pleased to announce the general availability of S105-09-02 for the Tenor S BX (BRI) and Tenor S DX (T1/E1) product lines.

Software release version S105-09-02 for Digital Tenor S models is now available for download. Important - This code is for BX and DX models with the Survivability license option, and is not intended for use with standard Tenor Multipath switches. Instructions for obtaining software releases may be found at the Quintum SSG Product Support web site.

P105-19-00 and CM105-10-00 Software Released

Quintum is pleased to announce the general availability of P105 across the Tenor product line.

Software release version P105-19-00 for Tenor AS, AF, AX, BX, DX, CMS, Call Relay 60, Call Relay SP, and Gatekeeper+ is now available for download. Additionally, a new release of the Configuration Manager, version CM105-10-00, is also available. Instructions for obtaining new releases may be found at the Quintum Support web site.

Users of the Configuration Manager who are planning on upgrading any of their Tenors to P105 should also upgrade the Configuration Manager software at the same time. This upgrade is required in order to support new features, and is backward compatible with all earlier releases of Tenor software for a smooth migration across your network.

This is the initial release of the P105 feature set. Only those needing the new features in P105 should upgrade. Please consult the P105-19-00 Release Notes for information on enhancements and fixes in this release.

P103-08-14 Patch Release Posted

P103-08-14 Patch code for Gateways and Call Relays has been posted. This code is for AS, AF, AX, BX, DX, CMS, as well as Call Relay SP and Call Relay 60.

This patch has important fixes for various issues. The version also has support for recently manufactured hardware that is in compliance with RoHS environmental standards. Customers running P103 code on these platforms are encouraged to upgrade. This is likely to be the last patch release for the P103 code base.

P103-08-12 Patch Release for Call Relay 60 Posted

P103-08-12 Patch code for Call Relay 60 (only) has been posted to the support website: http://www.quintum.com/support/

This patch has important fixes for various issues, including a fix since P103-08-11 related to saving configuration. Customers running P103 code on a Call Relay 60 are encouraged to upgrade to P103-08-12.

Customers with other products, including the Call Relay SP and all Second Generation gateways are encouraged to upgrade to P103-08-11, if you have not already.

This patch has important fixes for various issues. It is of particular importance for the CMS, Call Relay SP and Call Relay 60 platforms. Customers running P103 code on these three platforms are encouraged to upgrade.

P104-12-00 and CM104-14-00 GA Software Posted

Tenor version P104-12-00 for Tenors AS, AF, AX, BX, DX, Call Relay 60 and the Gatekeeper+ was posted today.

Also, Configuration Manager CM104-14-00 was also posted today. Configuration Manager users upgrading any of their Tenors should also upgrade Configuration Manager at the same time. It is required to support new features, and is backward compatible to support earlier releases of Tenor software for a smooth migration across your network.

This is the initial release of the P104 feature set. Only those needing the new features in P104 should upgrade. Please consult the P104-12-00 Release Notes for more information on what fixes and features are delivered in this release.

Note: P104 did not release for the CMS and Call Relay SP platforms. Those will be forthcoming and will be announced here.
