New email address for support, new ticket system
Quintum's success in the marketplace has caused our support load to increase dramatically, and our system of dealing with email support did not scale well to meet this challenge. As a result, we have installed a new ticket system that directly integrates with email, and will allow us to more efficiently and effectively deal with email requests.
The email address to send in support requests has changed to:
Please use this new address, rather than service@quintum.com, for new issues.
Transition:
Please continue to use service@quintum.com for followup to existing issues. We will be moving any tickets still open to the new system over the next few weeks.
How to tell if your ticket is on the new system or the old system:
The new system's ticket number scheme is 6 digits, dash, 3 letters. For example: 123456-XYZ
The old system's ticket number scheme is 5 digits. For example: 12345
Future:
In early 2005 we will be adding a web-based portal to this new system to track your tickets.

Quintum TAC Call Center Hours of Operation Change
In order to better serve our customers, the Quintum Technical Assistance Center will change our standard hours of operation as of Monday, 18 October, 2004.
We will now be open from 8:30am to 7:30pm, New York time (US Eastern Time). Monday through Friday.
This will allow us to have more staff on hand to serve eligible customers and distributors during the peak calling period.
We thank you for your business and hope this does not cause any inconvenience.
